Here's a quest marker ready to print (resize to fit map squares) and use. The plan is to use these to make combat encounters more lite exploration encounters. Place any number of markers in the map and write down what they do. Could be a bag, a corpse, a letter, coins, elfroot or anything.
What's the point then? A miniatures game don't need acting or role playing so some rules of the Dragon Age RPG won't be needed in this version of the game. Many focuses won't be used and that could cause troubles for a miniature based campaign game. With these markers I can plant clues and equipment on the map giving a few more options to the players. The players are of course aware of that all scenarios end up in combat encounters but now they'll have a chance to explore markers before battles (perhaps these quest markers could trigger combat encounters?). Or then the players can find containers that require Lock Picking rolls.
